Testimonials
Thanks to Marianne Jurgens, hobbyist and merchant, Dollhouse Alley in Wantagh offers its customers more than miniature items for sale.
With enthusiasm, Marianne offers all who enter a desire to enjoy miniature houses as a hobby or playhouse. Her friendliness allows each customer to be well informed with suggestions and prices to fit individual needs. Should a person request an item not available in the store, Marianne cordially offers to order it, if possible. Organization, neatness, and quality workmanship show evidence that Marianne's store displays and completed houses make Marianne's business, first and foremost, her hobby.
I first discovered Dollhouse Alley with my eleven year old granddaughter, hoping to encourage her interests. Not only did Marianne guide her with kindness and sincerity, but she also excited me enough to become a miniature country homeowner. I "closed" on my home (with Santa's help) just before Christmas. My newfound hobby as a retired Grandma will soon become a joint experience to share with my granddaughter.

And if you have an old dollhouse in need of restoration or are having trouble building a dollhouse kit, bring it to Dollhouse Alley and Marianne will advise you or fix the problem herself in the in-store workshop.
On a personal note, when I needed supplies and furniture for a dollhouse that I was fixing up for a raffle to benefit
the Lupus Alliance, Marianne enthusiastically advised, assisted and supported me throughout the entire project.
In addition, she displayed a flyer announcing the raffle in her shop and was instrumental in helping to raise over
$2000 for this project. Her contribution was a major part of the success of the raffle and she has promised to
again help me with this year's dollhouse raffle.
I expect to purchase all my future dollhouse materials from Dollhouse Alley and I know you will do the same after
you have met Marianne Jurgens and visited her delightful store.
